On November 2nd, the Pilates group held a session. We worked mostly on our mat this week - a great option for beginners to be honest. The class on this day emphasized learning how to control our muscles during exercises and our balance. Therefore, Nadja combined our mat training with the MOTR. The exercises we did with the MOTR included training our balance, our core, our upper body and lower body, standing, and planks.
