On November 11th our Pilates group did a Pilates Circuit where we combine cardio elements that make us sweat with resistance training to build our lean muscles. We used a range of Pilates equipment - in a circuit format to provide a more varied workout. We spent about 3 minutes at each station with a small rest period between each exercise. This is a head-to-toe fat burning workout that will improve core strength and balance. The class this week was a bit challenging as we worked at a much faster pace than our regular Pilates.
