The Tuesday Pilates Group started their weekly pilates classes on the 18th of January with a mission - to elongate the spine and keep their body healthy. 

During the Pilates classes they did a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat and other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Nađa chooses pilates exercises which develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. 

Like always, the ladies wrap up the Pilate classes by doing cool down stretches and relaxation breathing.
