In the month of June IWC Pilates group celebrated its 1 year anniversary! A year ago IWC embarked on a new activity group called Pilates Group with LikePilates, and this month we are happy to announce that we have started this journey successfully and strongly. The group of ladies have definitely benefited from doing this excellent toning exercise Nadja introduced us to. Through her Pilates classes we had strengthened our small muscle groups, and focused on posture and alignment. Pilates has certainly toned up our muscles and increased our core connection.
