A simple mat and a spine corrector were our tools this week.  Apparently Nadja told us that a spine corrector is an essential Pilates tool that can be used to perform exercises that lengthen and strengthen the torso, shoulders, especially the back and legs - while correcting or restoring the spine's natural curvature. 

We appreciated the gentler curve on the barrel and definately the stretching and probably aligning a bit of our spine.
