March 2024.

Café Zvuci Srca

On Friday March 22nd at 11.30am the SWAG team met at the Café Zvuci Srca. With our attandance we supported young people with disabilities. Café Zvuci Srca has a very proactive approach towards inclusion by helping their beneficiaries acquire skills that will help them participate in the labor market.

March 2023.

Caritas Center

On Thursday, March 9th, the Social Work Activity Group brought approximately 20 bags of clothes to the Caritas Center in Belgrade in Krunska Street where they were gratefully received. Thank-you to all our members who supported this action!

February 2023.

Coffee Bar 16

On Monday, February 20th, the Social Work Activity Group visited Coffee Bar 16 and supported teenagers with special needs who work as waiters and bartenders. Cafe 16 provides an opportunity for young people from vulnerable categories to leave the group of social assistance beneficiaries forever.

December 2022.

Svraštite Christmas Project

In December our Social Work Activity Group collected about 60 Christmas presents from our members for boys and girls between 5 and 15 years old. During our visit we also got an insight into the work of Svraštite. The institution takes care of street children, offers them educational care as well as food and clothing.Thank-you to all our dear members who participated in this charity project.

October 2022.

First Meeting

On Tuesday, October 18th the Social Work activity group met for the first time and visited the Child's Heart - Humanitarian organization for helping persons with disabilities located in Vračar. The group discussed possible projects that could be undertaken by the IWC and came up with ideas and plans for the future activities of the group.

Social Work Activity Group

Working together for good - that is the motto of the new Social Work Activity Group. The idea behind it is to support needy people with small activities and to bring a little light, joy and hope into the lives of those who are not as well off as we are.

Meeting at Children's Shelter

The Social Work activity group met for the second time and spent an hour with children and social workers at Children's Shelter in New Belgrade.In a meeting at the Shelter we made a decision to prepare New Year's gifts for children with the active participation of our club members.
