From December last year, through January and February until March 18th, Tamara Radenkovic shared with us very interesting facts about essential oils. All members who joined the workshop got scrips and every time they got an additional oil as a present.

All in all, we tried 15 different types of essential oils, got interesting insights and some of us really fell in love and started using oils on a daily basis.

At the workshop on March 18th we talked about the usage of certain oils which could help us in this really difficult coronavirus time - not only physically (a lot of essential oils have antiseptic, antiviral and antibacterial properties), but also emotionally (some of the essential oils have an uplifting, anti-stress and calming effect)!
