We are pleased to announce that our dear member Ivana Zdravkovic has come forward to take over the position of Treasurer from Verena Hartmann. Ivana Zdravkovic
For over 40 years Ivana Zdravkovic has been a Red Cross activist, a Save the Children activist, an IWC member as well as IWC Board member, a community service volunteer, a donor and a humanitarian worker. After graduating from the University of Geneva in International Relations, Ivana went on to work as a consultant at System Inc., a real estate consultant at Maxin and as a manager in Tennis Business. As a rotary fundraiser she participated in and authorised two Rotary Global Grants - ICC Chair for Sweden and Italy.
Ivana speaks 5 languages - Serbian, English, Italian, French, Czech (basic).
Her mission is to be an international communicator and to focus on the implementation of peace and conflict resolution in the world, especially in her country and the region of the Balkans.
She looks forward to promoting and supporting women in IWC and says, "We are truly entering into what will be one of our most historic times as an organisation so our mission is to promote and encourage awareness, understanding, peace, tolerance and acceptance of different people, cultures, beliefs and attitudes. We are international!"
