On a very sunny day in October members of the holistic approach group gathered in the Belgrade city center to learn more about the special philosophy and a set of techniques, called the cyclic meditation. The meditation is built on the principle of alternate stimulation and relaxation which incorporates the concept of cyclicity found everywhere in the nature. Benefits include calming out the distraction in our mind, focusing, raising awareness and consciousness and making the mind steadier. It is a combination of breathing, face massage and meditation.
As it usually goes with the Holistic approach group, the members went home empowered with new knowledge, relaxed and energized.
