On December 12th the Holistic Approach Group met Tamara Radenkovic, an aroma therapy specialist. She thought us how to use essential oils in our daily life, how they affect our body and how we can benefit from them. We learned about five important essential oils and had a chance to smell and feel them: lavender, peppermint, orange, eucalyptus and tea tree. They stimulate our immune system and increase our ability to heal ourselves at the physical and emotional level.
